NicBluCares, our national Compassionate Community pilot serving Nicollet and Blue Earth Counties, invites you to partner with the NicBluCares database platform powered by Aunt Bertha. This is an online social care network of local programs which provides free participation for organizations and the ability to respond to these connections.

The workshop will educate community-based organizations on the general usage of the NicBluCares database:

• Learn how to find and connect with free or reduced cost programs in your area

• Claim your program on the platform
• Use referral screening tools and appointment scheduling
• Send referrals to individuals and close the loop with those individuals or organizations

Together we can help people to find and connect with the vast (but sometimes hard to navigate) social service programs available in our river valley. We belong. We take care of each other.
